Calgary, AB They built a master bedroom balcony for us as well as put up railings on our back and front step stairs. The staff were friendly, engaging and efficient. From beginning to end the process was simple and easy to follow. I would easily recommend them for any deck project. My only issue was that they weren't the best at keeping me informed about when they would be working. As this was outside construction, this was less important and didn't detract from the overall impression of the company! Very impressive work!

My recent experience with Econo Decks was amazing. Jordan was extremely professional - even walked around the neighbourhood with me to ensure the fence and deck I was explaining was exactly what they delivered. The team showed up, did a great job and cleaned up nicely. Jordan did a quality check the next day and noticed a small gap on one side we hadn't even recognized and had his guys back to fix it the next day. They truly care about delivering exceptional outcomes and I'd recommend them to any of my friends, family, neighbors.

Fall of 2020 we had Econo Decks, specifically Jordon tear down our old deck and build a new one 3 times the size. The results were amazing. It is like adding another living room onto the house. It is an upper deck so underneath is a closed in storage space. Jordon did an amazing job. I highly recommend Econo Decks.

The Estimator came home, took measurements, asked for more details and after 3 weeks said, the management has decided not to take up the project which is for my Deck renovation/extension. Never seen such an unprofessional company which refuses to do business. Why waste customer's time if you don't want to work? Lucky for Econo Decks that the lowest rating I can give is 1. In my field of work, with this kind of unprofessionalism one would go out of business in hours.

REVISED: Updating my score/review. After this posted, Jordan was very apologetic as it would seem there was a misplaced quote that dropped through the cracks. He assured me this was just a misunderstanding and has worked hard to reconcile the issue. Thanks Jordan!I could give a zero star review I would. Jordan came out to quote a deck for me on a Friday. He told me i would have the quote back on Wednesday. Not only did i not get a quote, i had to call the following Friday to ask for it. They have yet to respond and it has been 2 weeks..If they didn't feel the job was big enough or worth doing they could have said so. That way i could have had other deck builders come out. It is very unprofessional to not give an answer to a prospective client. Even if it is to not accept the job. Very disappointing to say the least.

We have talked about expanding/rebuilding our deck since we bought our house 13 years ago. We finally decided to get it done this year. All of the quotes we got were very close to each other, but ultimately it came down to gut feeling. From the first initial meeting with Jordan it felt like Econo Decks was a company we could work with. Jordan did a great job at bringing our vision to reality. The job finished on time and on budget. I was also really impressed with Dean who did the foundations and framing. He was fantastic. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them if you are looking to rebuild/expand your deck.

I built my house in Nolan Hill and chose to use Econo Decks instead of the builder. I can't say enough good things about this company. They have some of the best customer service I've come across in my travels and the quality of the work is absolutely stunning. I enjoyed my experience so much that I have an Econo Decks sign on my fence allowing them to showcase my deck.

All contractors talk quality but Jordon at Econo decks and fencing actually delivers what was promised. Every one of my expectations from start to finish was delivered to the highest standard. If you need these services, call them, you will not be disappointed. Clearly this company deserves a higher than five stars rating!

We hired Econo to build us a deck and a fence. We had no clue what we wanted we just knew we wanted a deck and a fence. They designed it for us and it turned out fantastic. Good guys, good price, good company, nice people. We have already recommended them to several of our family and friends

I would give him more stars if I could 🙂 We had Jordan come in and build us a new deck for our backyard, and we LOVE IT! He was super friendly and most importantly knowledgeable. All of his work was super meticulous and beautiful. My husband used to work in construction and he was more than pleased with Jordan's work from beginning to end, not only with the visual aspects but the structure and quality. Before the project started (and even during) we made a few changes with the design and he was extremely helpful and accommodating. His knowledge and experience was evident right from our first meeting and during the estimate process. We got estimates from 4 different companies with a varied range of prices and while Jordan was not most expensive nor the cheapest of the estimates we still decided to go with him because of his sense of knowledge and workmanship that was apparent right from the beginning and our gut instinct really paid off because I'm certain we couldn't have had a more perfect deck! I would recommend Jordan to anyone I know. In fact I wouldn't even have to, I would just show them our deck and I'm sure they would agree. I am not easy to please so I myself am even surprised with how satisfied and delighted I am with Jordan's work! If I were planning another project I would use Jordan again without a doubt. I honestly can say I have no complaints!Thanks so much Jordan, we can't wait to enjoy our deck 🙂
