Calgary, ABThe Estimator came home, took measurements, asked for more details and after 3 weeks said, the management has decided not to take up the project which is for my Deck renovation/extension. Never seen such an unprofessional company which refuses to do business. Why waste customer's time if you don't want to work? Lucky for Econo Decks that the lowest rating I can give is 1. In my field of work, with this kind of unprofessionalism one would go out of business in hours.

Could only give 5 stars because google hasn’t made a solar system of star bursts an option yet.We built our home in Boulder Creek Estates, Langdon. With much diligence, we interviewed and received multiple quotes from a vast number of contractors. Most all prices were close in comparison. But not all gave a positive first impression - instinctive gut feeling.We choose Econo Decks because we wanted high quality product with high quality customer service. We wanted a combination of knowledge and experience with certified trades people that could exhibit impeccable craftsmanship. We also trusted our instincts and went with our gut feeling.Each and every step of the process from initial phone consultation, to arranging first property assessment, designing, estimating, permits, sub contracting, to finally building was smooth and easy for us. Everything went Flawlessly. Completely Stress Free!!Jordan and his crew were very professional. Clean and organized and prepared. They go over and above to offer the highest quality services and highest quality products to their clients.Throughly explaining to us all products and recommendations.We are extremely great full for their valuable time and patience with us. REVISED: Updating my score/review. After this posted, Jordan was very apologetic as it would seem there was a misplaced quote that dropped through the cracks. He assured me this was just a misunderstanding and has worked hard to reconcile the issue. Thanks Jordan!I could give a zero star review I would. Jordan came out to quote a deck for me on a Friday. He told me i would have the quote back on Wednesday. Not only did i not get a quote, i had to call the following Friday to ask for it. They have yet to respond and it has been 2 weeks..If they didn't feel the job was big enough or worth doing they could have said so. That way i could have had other deck builders come out. It is very unprofessional to not give an answer to a prospective client. Even if it is to not accept the job. Very disappointing to say the least.

Jordan and his crew, did an amazing job on the deck they built at my parents house! They solved any issues we had. Came back fixed all the issues . I highly recommend Jordan and his team. I’m a tradesman as well and I can say they did a fantastic job!! Very happy with Jordan and his crew!!

We have talked about expanding/rebuilding our deck since we bought our house 13 years ago. We finally decided to get it done this year. All of the quotes we got were very close to each other, but ultimately it came down to gut feeling. From the first initial meeting with Jordan it felt like Econo Decks was a company we could work with. Jordan did a great job at bringing our vision to reality. The job finished on time and on budget. I was also really impressed with Dean who did the foundations and framing. He was fantastic. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them if you are looking to rebuild/expand your deck.

I built my house in Nolan Hill and chose to use Econo Decks instead of the builder. I can't say enough good things about this company. They have some of the best customer service I've come across in my travels and the quality of the work is absolutely stunning. I enjoyed my experience so much that I have an Econo Decks sign on my fence allowing them to showcase my deck.

All contractors talk quality but Jordon at Econo decks and fencing actually delivers what was promised. Every one of my expectations from start to finish was delivered to the highest standard. If you need these services, call them, you will not be disappointed. Clearly this company deserves a higher than five stars rating!

We hired Econo to build us a deck and a fence. We had no clue what we wanted we just knew we wanted a deck and a fence. They designed it for us and it turned out fantastic. Good guys, good price, good company, nice people. We have already recommended them to several of our family and friends

I would give him more stars if I could 🙂 We had Jordan come in and build us a new deck for our backyard, and we LOVE IT! He was super friendly and most importantly knowledgeable. All of his work was super meticulous and beautiful. My husband used to work in construction and he was more than pleased with Jordan's work from beginning to end, not only with the visual aspects but the structure and quality. Before the project started (and even during) we made a few changes with the design and he was extremely helpful and accommodating. His knowledge and experience was evident right from our first meeting and during the estimate process. We got estimates from 4 different companies with a varied range of prices and while Jordan was not most expensive nor the cheapest of the estimates we still decided to go with him because of his sense of knowledge and workmanship that was apparent right from the beginning and our gut instinct really paid off because I'm certain we couldn't have had a more perfect deck! I would recommend Jordan to anyone I know. In fact I wouldn't even have to, I would just show them our deck and I'm sure they would agree. I am not easy to please so I myself am even surprised with how satisfied and delighted I am with Jordan's work! If I were planning another project I would use Jordan again without a doubt. I honestly can say I have no complaints!Thanks so much Jordan, we can't wait to enjoy our deck 🙂
